Purpose Of Fatigue Management Study

The purpose of this study is to explain the minimum requirements of conducting fatigue risk management study for selected ADNOC Gas Processing sites and develop a system of managing, monitoring and reporting fatigue to increase the productivity of the workers.

Purpose Of Stress Management Study

The purpose of this study is to review the existing system of managing psychosocial factors at work in ADNOC HQ and site and improve these factors thereby increasing the productivity of the employees.

Stress is a frustrating condition where it contains an excess of work and an overload which reduces the concentration, mentality and the normal working condition of any employee. This study examines the impact of stress management among employees.

Our increasingly busy lives cause our minds a lot of stress. Stress is mental tension caused by demanding, taxing or burdensome circumstances. Stress doesn't just affect our mental state and mood; it affects our physical health as well. When we are very stressed, a hormone called cortisol is released into our bloodstream, suppressing the functioning of our immune, digestive and reproductive systems. That is why it is so important to practice stress management in order to keep our minds and bodies healthy.
