Aesthetix Successfully Completes Ergonomic Study & Architectural Services For Duqm Petrochemical Sites

Duqm integrated petrochemical project is expected to play a vital role in the economic development of the Sultanate of Oman. Oman Oil Company (OOC) and Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) are the key stakeholders in this prestigious project. It had been a moment of sheer pride when  Aesthetix was chosen for the ergonomic study and architectural services of Duqm Petrochemical sites. 

Aesthetix has been associated with the project, owned by Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company (DRIPC), and delivered meticulously analyzed ergonomic data and innovative design solutions. Based on the core competence Aesthetix has gained over the years and its expertise in the field, the conclusive report and analytical data are instrumental in designing the petrochemical site.

As part of the ergonomic studies, the diverse scientific elements of Physiology, Biomechanics, Psychology, Anthropometry, Industrial Hygiene, and Kinesiology had been taken into consideration. The design methodologies and elements to be integrated have been finalized accordingly. Thereby creating a highly productive and optimistic work environment. Encouraging employees to deliver their best.

The scope of work included ergonomic study and architectural services for DRPIC, CCR, NGLCCR, and PDCR CCR. Aesthetix’s technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of the concepts have been pivotal in concluding a futuristic concept.

As per the company, the main objective, to keep the employees at ease and, at the same time, ensure optimal productivity, can be accomplished with the finalized design and structural solutions.
